With the new Sinefa Standard, Enterprise and Telco subscriptions available, customers now have the option to select a plan that suits their needs. To understand the difference between the Sinefa subscriptions, check out this blog here.
14 days Sinefa Free Trial is now Enterprise!
Your customers can enjoy a 14 day Free Trial with their Sinefa subscription so that they are able to test out all the Enterprise features such as Active Directory integration, 14 days Drill Down view and five minute Sinefa Live view.
If your customer is happy with the Enterprise features and would like to continue using the solution after the 14-day trial, they can continue using without downtime. The subscription will be activated as production and the monthly Enterprise plan will be billed.
Changing Subscription Plans > Upgrade or Downgrade
If your customers do not need the Enterprise features and would like to go with the Standard Plan, you simply raise the request to rhipe Program Operations team (program.operations@rhipe.com) for the changes to be made. Kindly include the following in the request:
- Customer Name
- The plan that customer requires
