
Microsoft Partner Agreement is coming September 1, 2019
Effective September 1, 2019, the Microsoft Partner Agreement (the new version of the Cloud Solution Provider program partner agreement), will be available to all regions on Partner Center, replacing existing CSP partner agreements.
Additionally, as part of this new enhanced process, all CSP indirect resellers will need to accept the Microsoft Partner Agreement on Partner Center.
Upcoming timeline for Microsoft Partner Agreement:
- July 31, 2019: The Microsoft Partner Agreement will be available for partner preview on Partner Center.
- September 1, 2019: The Microsoft Partner Agreement is available for signature on Partner Center.
- January 31, 2020: All partners in the CSP program are required to accept the Microsoft Partner Agreement to transact in the CSP program.

If you still do not have Partner Center yet, sign up for Partner Center today so that you will be ready to sign Microsoft Partner Agreement when it is available for signature.
Identity Secure score is now generally available
Microsoft had announced the general availability of Microsoft Identity Secure Score in May.
The general availability of identity secure score comes as a sign of relief for IT pros, as it helps to align the organization security posture with Microsoft best practice recommendations. Also, the best part of using such a mechanism is that it put forward recommendations based on the current environment. The data is gathered in a centralized dashboard which can be customized.
To access the secure score, please log in to the portal.azure.com and sign in with global admin credentials and navigate to identity secure score in Azure AD.

Windows Autopilot White Glove (in preview)
Windows autopilot will support White Glove soon!
White glove is a feature which Microsoft recently introduced which can help with the provisioning of windows machines even more seamless and faster. Windows autopilot solves numerous issues around provisioning of new machines but still was constrained by network connectivity issue which can be unpredictable while starting up a new PC. Using white glove IT admins can prepackage the laptops with necessary corporate apps and policies which results in the user not having to wait for the machine to pull down the necessary information from the organization tenant.
Windows autopilot is available with M365 business, E3, and E5 as well as Enterprise mobility and security SKU.

Microsoft Teams Desktop App Coming to Existing Installs of Office ProPlus and Business
In the second phase of an effort to improve and streamline users initial experience with Teams, Microsoft announced that the desktop Teams client will now be downloaded by default when new existing users with Office 365 ProPlus, Microsoft 365 Business, and Microsoft 365 Business Premium apps. With this change, your users will no longer need to do a separate installation of Microsoft Teams.

Security Policy Advisor for Office 365 ProPlus (Public Preview)
Microsoft announced that the Microsoft Security Policy Advisor is now available for public preview.
The Security Policy Advisor enables IT admins who have deployed Office 365 ProPlus to manage the security of their Office applications with confidence by providing the tailored recommendations, data insight, one-click deployment of policies to end-users and also monitoring and reporting.
