Visibility and Shaping via Active Directory User Groups
One of the most sought after feature in enterprises is the ability to provide network visibility based on User or User Groups. Imagine being able to know how and what your users are surfing on the internet and being able to control and shape the bandwidth that thet get!
Longer Retention and Drill Down View
A cool Sinefa feature is the ability to filter and drill down into the reports instrantly. In the above example, you can easily find out who are the users using the BitTorrent service within your network. By default, this feature is only available for data within the last three days. However, Enterprise or Telco Plan customers will get to enjoy at least 14 days of drill down data.
Priority Support for Enterprise and Telco Plan Customers
Sinefa has been building out it's 24x7 infrastructure and now offers and enahanced level of support with a one-hour response time SLA for Enterprise and Telco Plan customers.
Note: These new changes only affect new Sinefa accounts created after the release date. Existing customer accounts including active and trial subscriptions will not be affected by these changes. The new plans were released on 7th April 2017.
