How do partners and customers get access to Kaizala?
Kaizala Free version is available for all customers.
Kaizala Pro version which includes additional management capabilities are included with Office 365 purchases. Customers that are currently licensed on Office 365 and Microsoft 365 Business products (Office 365 Business Essentials, Office 365 Business Premium and Microsoft 365 Business) in most SEA countries will be able to start adopting Microsoft Kaizala. Kaizala will be turned on by default in these products, with the ability for tenant administrators to opt out.
